Track and nurture leads through your sales pipeline.

NuAgent's lead management tools help you capture, qualify, and convert leads into clients.

Lead Pipeline

Leads move through customizable stages in your pipeline:

  1. New — Freshly captured or imported leads
  2. Contacted — Initial outreach has been made
  3. Qualified — Lead has been vetted and shows genuine interest
  4. Active — Actively searching or listing
  5. Under Contract — Deal in progress
  6. Closed — Successfully converted

Capturing Leads

Leads can enter NuAgent from multiple sources:

  • Manual entry — Add leads directly from the dashboard
  • Website forms — Capture leads from your website
  • StreetEasy / Zillow — Sync leads from listing portals
  • Email — Automatically create leads from incoming inquiries

Lead Assignment

For teams, leads can be assigned automatically using round-robin rules or manually by a team lead or admin.
