Transactions

Track every deal from offer to closing with NuAgent's transaction management system.

Transaction Overview

Each transaction tracks:

• Property details — Address, price, type
• Parties — Buyer, seller, agents, attorneys, lenders
• Key dates — Contract date, inspection, appraisal, closing
• Documents — Contracts, disclosures, amendments
• Commission — Expected and actual commission tracking

Creating a Transaction

1. Navigate to Transactions and click New Transaction
2. Select the transaction type (Purchase, Sale, Rental, Referral)
3. Link the associated contact(s) and property
4. Set key dates and milestones

Transaction Stages

Transactions progress through stages that can be customized per deal type:

• Pre-contract — Offer submitted, negotiation
• Under contract — Signed contract, contingencies active
• Due diligence — Inspections, appraisal, financing
• Pre-closing — Final walkthrough, title review
• Closed — Deal completed, commission paid
