Manage your property listings in NuAgent.
Keep all your active, pending, and sold listings organized in one place.
Listing Details
Each listing includes:
- Property info — Address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage
- Status — Active, Pending, Sold, Withdrawn, Expired
- Photos and media — Upload listing photos and virtual tour links
- Description — Marketing copy for the property
- Associated contacts — Seller, co-listing agent, showing agents
Managing Listings
Adding a Listing
Navigate to Listings and click New Listing. Enter the property details, upload photos, and set the listing status.
Linking to Transactions
When a listing goes under contract, link it to a transaction to track the deal through closing.
Listing Portal Sync
NuAgent can sync listing data from connected portals like StreetEasy and Zillow. See Integrations for setup details.
