What is a Showsheet?
A showsheet is a curated list of properties for a client tour. It includes:
- Property details (address, price, beds/baths, photos)
- Showing times and order
- Agent notes for each property
- Client feedback fields
Creating a Showsheet
- Navigate to Showsheets and click New Showsheet
- Select the client contact
- Add properties from your listings or enter addresses manually
- Arrange the showing order
- Add notes or instructions for each stop
Sharing
Showsheets can be shared with clients via:
- Email link — Send a shareable URL
- PDF export — Download a formatted PDF for printing
Clients can view the showsheet on any device and leave feedback on each property.
