Connect your email account to NuAgent.
Email Integration Setup
NuAgent supports Gmail and Outlook (Microsoft 365) email integration.
On a company email like your.email@brokerage.com?
Work accounts managed by a brokerage may need IT approval before you can connect. See Work & Enterprise Accounts.
Connecting Gmail
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect Gmail
- Sign in with your Google account and grant permissions
- Your inbox will begin syncing automatically
Connecting Outlook
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect Outlook
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant permissions
- Your inbox will begin syncing automatically
What Gets Synced
- Incoming emails — Emails from known contacts are linked to their profile
- Sent emails — Outgoing messages sent from NuAgent are delivered via your connected account
- Threads — Full conversation threads are preserved
Privacy
NuAgent only accesses emails related to contacts in your CRM. Your personal emails remain private.
