Role-Based Access Control
NuAgent uses roles to control what users can see and do within the platform.
Default Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to all features and settings |
| Admin | Manage users, settings, and view all data |
| Team Lead | Manage team members and view team data |
| Agent | Access own contacts, leads, and transactions |
Permissions
Each role has configurable permissions for:
- Contacts — View, create, edit, delete, export
- Leads — View, assign, edit, delete
- Transactions — View, create, edit, manage documents
- Reports — View own, view team, view all
- Settings — Manage team, manage office, manage billing
