Teams allow you to group agents together for lead routing, reporting, and collaboration.
Creating a Team
- Go to Admin > Teams
- Click New Team
- Name the team and assign a team lead
- Add team members
Team Features
- Lead routing — Distribute leads among team members automatically
- Shared contacts — Team members can view and collaborate on shared contacts
- Team reporting — View aggregated metrics for the team
